3. How to Submit a Valid DMCA Notice
To ensure your infringement notification is processed promptly, your written notice must contain all of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., URL, registration details, or description).
- Specific identification of the material on

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal/district court.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
NSC SoftCare maintains a strict policy to terminate or restrict access for users, contributors, or partners who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
6. Disclaimer Regarding False Claims
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability and statutory damages, including attorneys' fees.
